Returns & Refunds Policy
Herrick Aviation and our partners (manufacturers of products and processors of payments) are committed to producing quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not live up to the hype. See below for our return and refund policy.
All sales are final. However, should there be an issue with the quality of merchandise printing, follow the appropriate instructions below. All information given by the customer should be correct to ensure the correct product is sent out. Herrick Aviation is not responsible for errors including but not limited to: wrong sizes, wrong addresses, etc. Herrick Aviation is also not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
Problem with Product/Delivery - If there is a problem with your order (arrived damaged, manufacturing defect, wrong item, etc.), please use the form on this page to let us know. It may take a few days to get back to you, but hold on to your product for now. We’ll let you know what to do with it, and how we can make it up to you. This may be in the form of a refund or getting a new item shipped to you free-of-charge.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Use the form on this page to reach out to us. These claims must be submitted to us within 30 days of scheduled delivery.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturer and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Use the form on this page to reach out to us. These claims must be submitted to us within 30 days of scheduled delivery.
Unhappy with Product/No Issues - Herrick Aviation is unable to give refunds for products that you are unhappy with that have no actual problems (“buyers remorse”). However, you can use the form on this page to provide feedback about why you’re unhappy. This helps guide us to offer quality products.
Refunds - Again, Herrick Aviation is unable to give a refund for buyer’s remorse. If there is a problem with a product, contact us with the form . You may be able to receive a refund or a new product free-of-charge. These claims must be submitted to us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns - Once a claim is submitted, if the need arises for a return, Herrick Aviation will provide you with the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping. In most cases, there is no need to return a product.
